We are a Service Provider & Systems Integrator based in Bologna, with our data centre in Castel San Pietro Terme. We support Public Administration, Large Enterprises and SMEs across the entire lifecycle of their IT services: from the design of data centres and server farms to day-to-day operations, from data protection to business continuity, from cybersecurity to software development with on-premise artificial intelligence.

What sets us apart is our organisational model: specialised Business Units and integrated Competence Centres. A Competence Centre is a team of specialists that works vertically within its own Business Unit and horizontally, where needed, in support of the others — or directly integrated into the client's IT department. This approach delivers assurance that results will be achieved, keeps costs contained and maximises operational efficiency across the whole service lifecycle.

For the client, all of this translates into a single point of contact (SPOC) when simplicity is needed, and dedicated teams when depth is needed: the structure is lean, decision-making roles are clear and answers arrive quickly, even in the face of peaks that cannot be planned for.
