Accessibility statement

We want this site to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability, devices and assistive technologies.

Lympha Technologies S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the principles of Legge 9 gennaio 2004, n. 4 (Italian Law 4/2004 on accessibility) and with the AGID guidelines on the accessibility of IT tools, taking WCAG 2.1 level AA and the EN 301 549 standard as its technical reference. This statement applies to the website on which it is published and is made on a voluntary basis, as Lympha Technologies is not among the entities required to comply under Art. 3, paragraph 1-bis, of L. 4/2004.

This is a courtesy translation: in the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. It was designed and developed with accessibility criteria applied from the outset; full testing with assistive technologies and validators is being completed, and the exceptions listed below are known.

Non-accessible content and known exceptions

• Decorative animations: the waves in the page headers, the counter on the home page, the animated demo on the “AI, Agents and RAG” page and the project-phase animation on the “Server Farm & Data Centre Design” page remain active even when the system requests reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion) and have no pause control. The demo and the animation both provide an equivalent text account and a restart button. Remediation is being assessed.
• PDF documents issued by third parties (quality and energy certificates, code of ethics): these may not be fully accessible; the essential information in each document is provided as text on the relevant pages.

Accessibility features implemented

• “Skip to main content” link and full keyboard navigation, with focus always visible
• Semantic structure: landmarks, heading hierarchy, breadcrumb and labelled navigation
• Level AA-compliant contrast verified across the entire palette; target areas of at least 44×44 px
• Forms with labels, errors associated with their fields (aria-describedby) and announcements for assistive technologies (aria-live)
• SVG diagrams and schematics with a title and text description; images with alternative text
• Content in languages other than English marked with the lang attribute
• Responsive layout, usable at up to 200% zoom and on mobile devices

Technologies used

HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, with no external dependencies at runtime; the base framework is Bootstrap Italia, which is accessibility-oriented.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was drawn up on 9 July 2026 by means of a self-assessment and will be updated once the accessibility audit is complete and at every significant revision of the site.
