Last updated: 11 July 2026. This policy describes the processing of Personal Data actually carried out through this website: an informational site made up solely of static pages, with no restricted areas, no registration and no tracking tools for marketing purposes.
Types of Data collected
- Data provided voluntarily by the User — when writing to us by email or telephone, or filling in the contact form: first name and surname, organisation (optional), email address, telephone number (optional), subject and content of the message.
- Data collected automatically — the Usage Data recorded in the logs of the server hosting the site (IP address, pages requested, date and time, browser and operating system characteristics) and the technical cookie that stores the consent preferences expressed via the banner.
Providing the data marked as required in the contact form is necessary in order for us to reply; failure to provide it makes it impossible to deal with the request. Users who communicate third-party Personal Data warrant that they have the right to do so, releasing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties.
What this site does not do
- it does not use third-party statistics or traffic analysis services;
- it does not use cookies or other tools for profiling, remarketing or advertising;
- it does not embed social network widgets (social media are present only as links), nor videos, maps or typefaces loaded from third-party servers: fonts and graphic assets are hosted alongside the site;
- it does not operate newsletters, online payments or user accounts;
- blog articles are shared via static links or the device's own share function (Web Share), with no trackers.
Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Responding to the User's enquiries (contact form, email, telephone) — legal basis: the taking of pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data are not used for any other purpose, nor for unsolicited promotional communications.
- Operation, security and maintenance of the site (system logs) — legal basis: the Data Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Managing and documenting cookie consent — legal basis: compliance with legal obligations concerning cookies and proof of consent (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Methods, place and duration of processing
Methods. The Data Controller processes Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, the Data may be accessible to categories of persons in charge involved in the operation of the site (administrative, sales and technical staff) or to external parties (such as the hosting provider or IT companies) appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. An up-to-date list of Data Processors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
Place. The Data are processed at the Data Controller's operational sites and on the servers of the hosting provider that hosts the site. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
Retention. Data from contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any relationship arising from it; system logs are kept for the technical time strictly necessary to ensure the operation and security of the site; cookie consent preferences are kept for 12 months. Users may ask at any time for processing to be stopped or for their Data to be erased.
Third-party services used by this site
- Cookiebot™ — consent management (Usercentrics A/S, Copenhagen — European Union): it displays the consent banner, stores the User's preferences in a technical cookie and generates the Cookie Declaration at the bottom of this page, updated automatically with the list of cookies actually in use. Data processed: consent status and Usage Data (anonymised IP address, technical browser data) — Privacy Policy
- 'Green Cloud' badge (www.green-cloud.it): the footer loads, from the service's servers, the badge image attesting to the green certification of our cloud, which links to the public certificate. When requesting the image, the User's browser sends the service's server the usual Usage Data (IP address, technical browser data); the service does not set any cookies on this site.
Links to external sites
The pages contain plain links to third-party sites — for example our LinkedIn page, the ACME ECMS product site, the sites of our technology partners and the sources cited in blog articles. None of these links causes third-party content or trackers to be loaded on this site: any processing of data begins only once the User has reached the destination site and is governed by that site's own privacy policy.
How to manage cookies
In addition to the banner and the Cookie Declaration at the bottom of this page — where consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time — cookies can be managed through the settings of the main browsers: Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari.
Further information about processing
Legal defence. The User's Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for defence in legal proceedings, or in the stages leading up to possible legal action, against misuse of this site or of the related services by the User. The User declares that they are aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose the Data at the request of public authorities.
Specific notices. At the User's request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this site may provide the User with additional, contextual notices concerning specific services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.
System logs and maintenance. For operation and maintenance purposes, this site and any third-party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and that may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.
Information not contained in this policy. Further information on the processing of Personal Data may be requested from the Data Controller at any time using the contact details provided.
Exercise of rights by Users
Under Articles 15–21 GDPR, data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller access to their Personal Data and confirmation as to whether or not such data are being processed, together with rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller at info@lymphatech.it.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
This site does not support 'Do Not Track' requests; in any case, it does not use tracking tools for profiling purposes.
Changes to this privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, giving notice to Users on this page. Please therefore check this page often. If a User does not accept the changes made, they must stop using this site and may ask the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected up to that point.
